The title should suffice.

Have you ever been to Mexicali?
Procrastinating! So much fun. I haven't been on this in ages. Thought about maybe starting it up again before going to Paris. Hmmm.

I am going to have seven chocolate fountains at my wedding to James Franco
So, I need to move out of my dorm room unless I want the Housing office to charge me extra for living alone in a dorm room meant for two. With the economy the way it is, my parents tell me we just can't afford to spend the extra money, and I completely agree. I am just sad that I'll be saying goodbye to the dorm that I have come to think of as my own. Movie nights, lots of space and privacy are all things that the room gave me that I will miss.
My new roommate, Sarah, seems cool. I haven't spent much time with her, but I don't think we will bother each other much. I know her from choir, and she's an alto like me, which stereotypically means that we are laid back and relaxed. I think it's true for both of us.
Valentine's day was yesterday. I received a lovely package from my mom, one of many she has sent. It had a card and chocolate and some other items in it. I really appreciated it; I am very lucky to have the type of family I have, a caring one. Knowing that makes Valentine's day just another day of the year. Why would I want to celebrate a holiday made by the greeting card industry anyways? If someone really loved me, they wouldn't wait for a specific date to show me how much they care.
By the way... I am proud of the three Blazers participating in All-Star weekend. Rudy had a monster second dunk, Oden hopefully heals his knee quickly, and Roy, well, he just needs to be himself out there on the court... my brother's cat is doing better after having a double ear infection, Noah is such a little trooper... and the title of my blog this week refers to a conversation I had with my little cousin.

I hate the people who live upstairs
I have never been a fan of the idea of celebrities. I ranted in a post last year about how celebrities can negatively influence people, particularly youths. Why I get so worked up over these situations is because they always get off the hook. In a particular case recently, that didn't happen and it's just refreshing to see.
By the way... Congrats to Rafa Nadal on his first hard court major title! The 5-set match against Federer is a historic win! ... I know that the title has nothing to do with this post, I just felt like displaying that truth as a title for a blog post ... Congrats to the Blazers! Way to comeback against New Orleans!

First Week Back
So I have decided to not use this blog for academic purposes anymore. I've hidden all my school related posts and am now going to use this for its true purpose. blogging.
So it is the first week back at school and I am already feeling pressure. I am taking more classes and harder classes. Hopefully I will be successful this semester; if not, I will blame it on myself for trying to hard. But from what I have seen so far, I am really enjoying and will enjoy my Anthropology class, my Cultural Environment of International Business class, and my Western Heritage in a Global Context class. I am still not sure about French 202; I can't tell if I like the teacher. The only class I am deeply concerned about is Macroeconomics. I was horrible at it in high school, and I don't see how it will be any easier in college, lets hope for the best.

Yay!
I am excited for the summer now! My friend is coming to live near me! woo hoo!
I am prepared for late nights and memories that last forever!
Why can't it be summer already?

I hate TMI
Don't you hate it when you learn something you really didn't want to? Especially when it comes to celebrities. And even more especially when it comes from a role model for children.
The only things I can connote with Daniel Radcliffe now is ew, gross, disappointment, and unnecessary.
I think I should become a realist, then I wouldn't have so many disappointments when it comes to our world.
